Below you will find the official Terms and Conditions of the Véndiák Restaurant Spin the Wheel Promotion. By participating in the promotion, participants automatically accept these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Only natural persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate in the promotion.
• Each individual may only participate in the Spin the Wheel promotion once during the promotional period.
• Participation requires the following:
  
  • Participants must verify their identity with a valid email address, which will be used to send the prize confirmation and coupon.
  • Participants must also prove that they follow the restaurant on the platform specified in the promotion (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

2. Prizes

• In the Spin the Wheel promotion, every participant is guaranteed to win a coffee.
• The prize will be sent to the verified email address in the form of a unique coupon.
• The coupon is valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. After this period, the coupon automatically becomes invalid.

3. Participation Process

• Participants must fill out the online form, providing their name and email address.
• Participants must confirm that they follow the restaurant on the specified platform.
• After successful verification of the provided information, the participant is eligible for one spin of the wheel.
• The restaurant will notify the participant via email about their prize.

4. Data Processing

• Data processing will be carried out in accordance with the restaurant’s Privacy Policy in force at all times.

5. Handling of Abuse
